Ani Anguilla was designed specifically to host large groups up to 20 people seeking a more pampered Caribbean retreat. Guests have golf cart access to three neighboring beaches. The cliff-edge ceremony platform makes Ani Villas Anguilla an ideal setting for weddings and other special events.
The North villa features 4 bedrooms and sits on the cliffs overlooking little bay, perhaps Anguilla's most treasured hideaway for swimming and snorkeling.
Three of the bedrooms are master suites with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms. The 4th bedroom offers twin beds with an en-suite bathroom.
The master bedrooms face towards the western view towards the coastline and facing the beautiful sunsets. This villa has a dramatic stair atrium with a water feature below and a massive skylight above.
Ani North also provides great amenities for its guests including a roof lounge, pool deck and cliff edge hot tub. The villa has plenty areas for everyone to gather with an assortment of decks and covered areas.
Ani South offers 6 bedrooms and also with its own living and dining spaces providing guests with a roof deck lounge, pool deck and also a cliff edge hot tub. This villa also has lots of space providing covered areas to relax and decks to take in the sun rays.
Ani- South also has a games room so if you have kids and teenagers in your party and stuck on which villa to choose for your vacation then we would suggest Ani South and they will surely be entertained.
The games room features a pool table and shuffle board along with an assortment of board games, Wii, movie rentals through Apple TV (Ani North can offer the movie rental too).
Ani – South is mobility impaired accessible as it features an elevator, roll in shower, pool lift and other features that were included subtly in the homes design.
There is a tennis court and gym on the estate which are shared by both villas. Each villa comes with housekeeping daily and butler service. The villa also includes our villa chef to prepare breakfast and choice of breakfast or dinner for you and your party. The villa also provides guests with a kids and sports coordinator to organize activities along with tennis pro who will be there full time
