Frangipani Villa is a luxury townhouse with sea views located within the exclusive Sugar Hill Resort on the West Coast of Barbados.
The villa comprises three bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, plus an annexe children's bedroom furnished with bunk beds. The two upstairs bedrooms have private balconies and seating areas, and beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea. The master bedroom has a dressing area and large bathroom with shower and tub. The second bedroom can be made up as a king bed or a twin bedroom as requested - and also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Downstairs, the third bedroom has a double bed, shower room and French Doors connecting it to the annexe children’s room.
All bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, have air conditioning and ceiling fans and extensive wardrobe and dressing space.
The open plan living room includes a dining area and lounge with comfortable seating, ceiling fans, and Wi-Fi. The TV receives all English programmes via the Internet and is similar to the SKY system in the UK (good for keeping the children entertained!)
A new fully equipped modern kitchen has just been installed with breakfast bar, oven, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen leads to an outside utility/laundry area, with washer and dryer and staff quarters for the housekeeper who attends to the house three days a week
The terrace is accessed via French Doors from the lounge and offers beautiful views of the ocean, and a sizeable seating area for evenings in or entertaining at home. There is a gas barbeque and outside power point, and the area is protected by a screen with a gate to protect children from accessing the sun deck and pool area. There are six sun loungers on the sun deck, perfect for lazing by the pool.
Frangipani is in a fantastic location near to fabulous beaches of the West Coast, the sensational Royal Westmoreland Golf Course and the shopping and nightlife of Holetown. During your stay, you will have access to all the amenities at Sugar Hill including the 2000 sq.ft infinity pool, floodlit tennis courts, fitness centre, clubhouse restaurant and bar. Guests also have use of The Royal Westmoreland Beach Club at Mullins Beach where you will have the use of dedicated sun loungers and umbrellas, an extensive range of water-sports, private restrooms and on-site parking. Drinks, snacks and meals are available on the beach or in the trendy Mullins Restaurant and Beach Bar.
