The bedroom, with muted blues and greens reflecting the colours of the ocean leads out to a spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the ocean. The muted sand tones of the furnishing brings to mind the beautiful sandy beach a stones throw from where you are sitting and is a perfect space for your morning coffee or tea. A personal safe and iHome dock with alarm clock are provided for your convenience.
The open plan air conditioned living area has a modern sleek kitchen with granite counter tops, double sink and all the modern amenities including full fridge, dishwasher, electric stove and oven. The living room is bright and spacious reflecting once again the colours of the ocean bringing in a bit of the outdoors inside. The chic decor reflects the ocean colours with a white sofa and arm chair, flat screen TV and iHome dock. The living area opens out to the spacious balcony where again you will be met by panoramic ocean views. Here is a large round teak table and 4 dining chairs with a seating area for 4 all in muted sand tones and a perfect place to watch the sun slowly setting. What makes this one bedroom unique is that you have more living space (over 300 sq ft more), there is a powder room and facility for washer/dryer. Throughout the apartment the white wood ceilings have recessed lighting adding to the bright and airy feel.
The renovation works were undertaken by Joe Troulan who has worked on over 30 units at Glitter Bay and this transformation was the hardest challenge to date. Working within a very limited time constraint the works entailed a full gutting and total refit and the owners have taken great care in transforming this space and have spared no expense to make this apartment somewhere where you will feel like it is “Always Summer”.
