Glitter Bay 307 'Barsal Bay' is a three bedroom apartment but only rents as a one or two bedroom apartment as the owners room is private. This beautifully appointed penthouse apartment has been professionally decorated by UK designer Julie Maunder and each piece has been carefully selected with no expense spared and the overall ambience is coastal chic. This apartment sleeps four (4) on the existign bedding (2 kings beds)
The air conditioned master bedroom is located on the lower level and is ensuite and leads out to the double balcony with sweeping views of the pool, gardens and of course the beach. This bedroom has a calm and inspriring decor of seashells in soft aquas and taupes. The ensuite bathoom has a rain shower and roomy vanity.
The spacious living area is beautifully furnished again in ocean themes and the open plan style adds an airy and bright feel. The kitchen is outfitted with all the modern conveniences should you wish to prepare your meals with top line SMEG appliances and a completely remodelled kitchen The living area leads out to the double balcony where there is a 6 seater dining table - perfect place to have a great meal and enjoy the tranquil ambience. There is a powder room on the lower level just off the master bedroom.
The second bedroom is located on the upper level and has it's own balcony from where to sit and admire the views or cosy up with a good book. This bedroom is comfortably furnished with aquas, teal and taupes shades and lends a calm feel to the space. The ensuite bathroom also has a step in shower with a rain shower and spacious vanity.
You will not be disappointed with the accommodation or the views.
