The other patio is located on the beach side and is large and has retractable sun awnings, There is a private pool surrounded by your lawn and lush vegetation giving you both pricacy and security. The short private beach pathway with a private shower to rinse off on the way back from a swim in the sea, takes you directly to the middle of the fantastic "South Beach" and links up the the pathway from apartment 174 just before you reach the beach gate.
Linking the two patios is the most amazing and massive kitchen and a small TV room.
The large beachfront patio has a BBQ module with bar, icemaker and fridge to ensure you have cold drinks on hot days by the pool. The Water Taxi runs every day between 10am and 5pm to take you to the Yacht Club, or you can drive.
