This apartment is located on the middle floor and offers 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. It can be joined with it's sister apartment on the ground floor to offer 6 bedrooms and 2 half bathrooms. Ideal of a family holiday on the beach!!
There are two patios on either side of the apartment. One is on the lagoon side which faces east and enjoys the breeze as well as the morning sun and afternoon shade being on the second floor the views are really amazing. Your beachfront patio looks straight out to the sea. It is truly breathtaking and where you would tend to spend many evenings sipping on a rum punch watching the sun set before meeting for dinner. The patio is spacious and a nice area for the family to spend time and be together.
There are two master bedrooms on the beach side of the apartment, both with ensuite marble bathrooms each with a tub, shower and double vanity.
A staircase off the master bedroom patio allows you to quickly nip down and join the pathway to the beach for easier access.

The large beachfront patio has a BBQ module with bar, icemaker and fridge to ensure you have cold drinks on hot days by the pool. An ideal place for dining at any time of the day, where the entire family can meet and have fun. This adds to the island lifestyle enjoyed at Port St. Charles. Incredible views of the sea and sunsets are seen daily.
There are two master ensuite bedrooms facing the beach and the views. Both marble bathrooms have double vanities and a shower and a tub.
The third bedroom is on the lagoon side of the aprartment and also links externally to the lagoon terrace from it's private patio.
The Water Taxi runs every day between 10am and 5pm to take you to the Yacht Club, or you can drive.
