Villa Abaca is a 2-bedroom villa located in St. Jean within minutes of the beach and shopping. Situated high above St. Jean Bay, this villa offers panoramic ocean views and maximum privacy.
The villa's large living room opens to the terrace, which wraps around the house and leads to a small infinity pool, which can be completely closed off.
The well-equipped kitchen, which comes with everything a seasoned cook needs, is situated between the bedrooms and living area.
Above the living area is an open loft with a king-size bed and full bathroom. A surcharge ($1,000 in low season and $1,500 in high season/Holidays) is applied when the loft is used for an additional guest.
Each master bedroom has air-conditioning, a king-size bed, en uite bathroom with shower, mosquito netting, and fan. The house also has WiFi, a safe, a fax machine, and satellite TV.
Villa Abaca comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy (2 bedroom) rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children, ages 10 and older.
