Villa Acamar is a contemporary 3-bedroom villa located in Toiny within minutes of the beach. Hidden on a hill, this villa offers dramatic ocean views and tranquility.
The spacious living area, which can be closed off or completely open, features seating areas and a billiards table. A home theater, located off the living area, has a projector and cinema seating, while nearby the gourmet kitchen offers several food preparation areas. The living area opens to a deck with a large pool (heated in high season) surrounded by loungers, and a nearby hot tub.
The fully air-conditioned master suite has a separate office space, a large dressing room, and a spacious bathroom with shower. The bedroom comes with a king-size bed and opens up to a private terrace overlooking the ocean. A separate door leads directly to the pool for an early morning or midnight swim.
Next to the master bedroom is a second bedroom, which has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with interior and exterior showers, separate office space, and a private terrace.
Spiral stairs lead down to an air-conditioned game and fitness room, and the third bedroom. This bedroom has a king-size bed, an open bathroom with shower, and a private terrace. The house also comes with a car (insurance and gas not included) and is not offered between Dec. 15 - Jan. 11. WiFi, and French and U.S. satellite TV.
Villa Acamar comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children, ages 5 and older.
