Located in the newly developed area of Belle Vue, Cap Estate, sits the newly built Villa Chloesa. Perched on the hillside, Chloesa enjoys a prime location affording its occupants amazing views out to sea. Chloesa offers three air conditioned bedrooms, all located on the upper level of the villa and designed to capture the stunning views of the Caribbean Sea.
The entrance level houses all the communal areas, the kitchen, TV room, living room, dining room and game area. This area was specifically designed to create a very social setting, made complete with a full sized pool / billiard table. This area opens onto the pool and deck area outside, where one can sit and gaze out to the panoramic views of Cap Estate, Rodney Bay and out to sea. There is ample deck space in which alfresco dining can be enjoyed under the stars outside by the pool if you so desire.
All three bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and a private patio for your additional comfort and convenience. Two bedrooms have a kingsize bed and the 3rd has a queen sized bed.
Housekeeper - provided Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8 am - 3 pm. Additional days service available upon request at an additional fee.
Poolmen - three times a week
Gardener - twice per month
Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.
