Villa Festiva is a 3-bedroom villa located in Pointe Milou within minutes of the beach and shopping. This villa is nestled into the cliff side and enjoys spectacular ocean views.
The inside living room has simple and comfortable décor with white and cream fabrics and local wall art. The well-equipped kitchen is a part of the living room and breakfast bar, which opens to the outdoor living area, heated infinity pool, and view. Below the pool is a heated spa, which opens to the view.
The outdoor living area has a covered dining and living area with high quality wicker furniture and white cushions. A deck with loungers surrounds the pool, which is perfect for either sunbathing or working poolside.
The master bedroom is located in a separate cottage and has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and opens to the view. A second bedroom is located off the living room and has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and view.
A third, smaller bedroom is located at the entrance of the villa with its own private terrace. This bedroom, which has twin beds, is ideal for teenagers. The house also comes with air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, high-speed Internet and WiFi in the master bedroom and living room, and U.S. satellite TV.
Villa Festiva comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
