Villa Ushuaia, also known as WV AJM, is a contemporary 4-bedroom villa located in Flamands within steps of two beaches and minutes from shopping. This very private villa is perched on the hillside and overlooks the ocean and cliffs of Flamands.
The open living area is very spacious with its high ceiling and light-colored sofas and chairs, and has an indoor dining area with seating for up to 8 guests. A reading and TV room with comfortable seating is located in the mezzanine above the living area. Both the living area and well-equipped kitchen open to the terrace and pool.
A covered terrace houses an outdoor dining area and table suitable for up to 8 guests. Comfortable chairs and a hammock offer a relaxing spot for viewing the ocean from the terrace.
The four air-conditioned bedrooms each feature an ocean view. The first bedroom offers a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom with tub, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and adjacent hall bathroom with shower.
The third bedroom features a king-size bed and adjacent bathroom with tub and handheld shower. The fourth bedroom has twin beds, which can be made into a king-size bed, and ensuite bathroom with tub and handheld shower. The house also comes with WiFi, safes, French satellite TV, and gas grill.
Villa Ushuaia comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays, and a gardener. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children, but does not allow pets.
