Villa Au Rêve, also known as WV AUR, is a contemporary 4-bedroom villa located in Vitet within minutes of the beach and shopping. This new villa offers exquisite views of the ocean and hillside, as well as privacy.
The living and dining room opens to the view and terrace. To the back, the gourmet well-equipped kitchen opens to the terrace and offers a private wine cellar. Next to the living room is an independent air-conditioned TV room, which is ideal for watching movies.
Deck chairs around the heated pool offer the perfect spot for either sunbathing or working poolside. At the back of the deck terrace is a charming concrete table for enjoying meals in the shade under palm trees while admiring the view.
Across the terrace, the master and the second bedroom are located on this main level and offer an ocean view. Each bedroom has a king-size bed with ensuite bathroom. The lower level includes 2 bedrooms with king-size beds and access to the garden.
On the lower level is a large area with a steam room and fitness area with universal gym equipment. Complimentary breakfast is included six days a week. The house also comes with complimentary water and coffee, WiFi and high-speed Internet, a fax machine, and U.S. satellite TV.
Villa Au Rêve comes with house cleaning and turndown services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
