Villa Hill House, also known as WV BOW, is a 4-bedroom villa located in Camaruche within minutes of several beaches and shopping. This villa enjoys stunning views and is set amidst beautiful tropical gardens with palm and coconut trees, ferns, and wild orchids.
The spacious, open living area offers ample seating. The professional kitchen can be closed off from the living and dining area or left open. On the far side of the living area are couches, chairs, and a large table filled with stacks of books. A full bar is located around the corner.
To the right, facing the gorgeous views and pool, is the large master suite with a terrace and spectacular ocean view over the top of tropical trees. This bedroom has a 4-poster king-size bed and large dressing room. While there is no television, the bedroom has a writing desk and numerous books on the shelves. Adjoining the bedroom is an expansive bathroom with a deep Philippe Starck bathtub.
Across the deck and down a path behind the main house through a flower garden leads to 3 guest bedrooms in 2 separate bungalows. Each bedroom has its own refrigerator, ensuite bathroom, and private terrace leading out to a grassy lawn and swaying royal palms. While 1 bedroom has a king-size bed, the other 2 bedrooms have twin beds (ideal for children).
A wide deck with an outdoor sofa surrounds the large infinity edge pool. The house also has air-conditioning in the bedrooms, high-speed Internet and WiFi, and a fax machine.
Villa Hill House, or WV BOW, comes with house cleaning service six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
