Villa Les Amis Du Vent, also known as WV JAY, is a traditional chic 3-bedroom villa located in Mont Jean within minutes of several beaches and shopping. This Mediterranean-style villa has unsurpassed ocean views.
A spectacular double staircase at the entrance leads to a large living room overlooking the pool area. Off-white sofas and chairs with lime green cushions and antique decorations inspire the refined décor. On the left, across a covered corridor, a large gourmet kitchen opens to an outdoor covered dining area overlooking the pool and bay.
On the right, a master bedroom faces the ocean and opens onto an enclosed garden. This well-decorated bedroom in off-white and blue fabric has a 4-poster king-size bed with 2 marble bathrooms and connected outdoor showers. The second bedroom, which opens to a terrace facing the view, features a king-size bed and ensuite marble bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers. The rooms are connected by a loggia with tables and seating in an interior garden with a small fountain.
The third bedroom is situated on the opposite side of the garden and has a king-size bed, ensuite marble bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers, a private terrace and views.
On the pool level, a few steps lead to a large air-conditioned TV-room with TV, 2 sofas and an en suite marble bathroom. Directly behind is a well-equipped, air-conditioned exercise room and office with an en suite marble bathroom. The large solar-heated pool is nestled amidst 200-year-old trees and surrounded by lounge chairs. A sofa bed in the TV room is available with prior approval to sleep one guest for an additional charge. Smoking is allowed on the terrace and in garden, but not inside the villa.
Villa Les Amis Du Vent comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children, but does not allow pets.
