Villa Ananda is a 2-bedroom villa located in Pointe Milou within minutes of several beaches and shopping. Stone steps lead to the villa's entrance and a large living and dining area, which faces a spectacular view of the ocean and surrounding islands.
On the main level is a large living room with comfortable sofas, which opens to an exterior living area with cappuccino-colored furnishings. The dining area has a modern glass table suitable for 8 guests and overlooks the ocean. At the back, a bar with stools separates the well-equipped kitchen from the dining area.
A terrace surrounds the infinity pool and offers several lounge areas with a standing, covered hammock and over-sized cushions for either taking a nap or enjoying beautiful year-round sunsets.
The master bedroom is situated next to the living room and faces the ocean. This bedroom is nicely decorated in white and green with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and outdoor shower.
The second bedroom is located on the lower level and features a 4-poster king-size bed, a cozy living area with 2 armchairs, and a large ensuite bathroom with shower. This level also offers an exterior living area with a day bed, which is perfect for either sunbathing or reading.
Villa Ananda comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa does not allow pets.
