Stairs in the small garage on the ground level lead to the main floor with the pool and first terrace, which offers ample seating areas. The large living area opens on 2 sides to the view. A dining area separates the living room from the modern, well-equipped kitchen, which has a small breakfast bar.
Located upstairs are 2 bedrooms, which open to a large, shared terrace. Each bedroom has a European king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. One of the bathrooms opens to the outside.
